Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Manage customer interactions across digital platforms, including live chat, email, WhatsApp, Messenger, and other communication channels.
- Record and update details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
- Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
- Build strong, sustainable relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and coordinate deliveries.
- Generate and close sales opportunities by providing product information.
- Maintain a solid understanding of company products and services.
- Follow up with customers as needed and assist with other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
- ๏ธ0โ2 years of relevant experience (freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Graduates and non-graduates are welcome to apply; but graduates are preferred. Applicants with a science background in SSC & HSC are especially encouraged to apply.
- ๏ธProactive, loyal, and results-driven mindset.
- ๏ธSelf-motivated with a proactive approach to solving customer issues.
- ๏ธStrong interpersonal skills, including patience, active listening, and problem-solving ability.
