We are looking for a Product Manager who has strong hands-on experience in product discovery, requirement analysis, wireframing, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional product delivery.
The ideal candidate should be able to identify business and user problems, convert them into practical product solutions, and work closely with Design, Engineering, QA, and Business teams to deliver high-impact features
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business and user requirements, identify product problems, and translate them into practical, user-focused solutions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, and low/high-fidelity prototypes using Figma to communicate product ideas and requirements clearly.
- Prepare and maintain PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and product documentation.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, user impact, urgency, technical effort, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Work closely with Engineering, UI/UX, QA, and Business teams throughout the product development lifecycle, including requirement clarification and feature walkthroughs.
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning, UAT, and feature validation to ensure delivered features meet requirements.
- Collect feedback from users, customers, and internal stakeholders, and identify opportunities to improve product usability, workflow, and operational efficiency.
- Manage multiple product initiatives, maintain clear priorities, and ensure effective communication and alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 – 4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a similar product-focused role.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience in problem solving and product requirement analysis.
- Strong understanding of backlog prioritization and product planning.
- Experience writing PRDs/BRD/SOW, Product Acceptance Criteria and feature requirements.
- Familiarity with Agile and Kanban methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Ability to communicate requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, ownership, and decision-making skills.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered product design.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from any reputed institution or equivalent practical experience.
