Subject Matter Expert – Business Studies

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:

We are looking for a full-time Subject Matter Expert (SME) for brritto to join our team and support students in their academic journey. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the learning experience by providing clear, accurate, and comprehensive subject-related content. Your contributions will help students develop a deeper understanding of complex topics and succeed in their studies.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Conduct and record clear, engaging video classes on Business Studies for SSC, HSC, and job preparation.

• Prepare lecture plans, slides, and class notes before every class.

• Create live exam question sets for SSC, HSC, and job preparation.

• Develop new and varied questions to expose students to diverse formats.

• Solve past board questions and student queries step by step with accurate explanations.

• Provide feedback and explanations to help students improve.

• Prepare supporting content and materials as needed.

• Review and ensure accuracy of academic content.

• Assist with other project related tasks as required.

• Applicants must feel comfortable teaching on camera and working with online learning platforms

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• Applicants must possess strong subject matter expertise in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, and Management, particularly aligned with the secondary and higher secondary curriculum.

• Students from reputed universities majoring in Finance, Accounting, Management, or Marketing with a minimum CGPA of 3.3 (as of the last completed semester) are encouraged to apply.

• Applicants must have the Business Studies background at both SSC and HSC levels

• Proficiency in both Bangla and English.

• A clear voice, confident presentation, and the ability to keep students engaged during classes.

• Ability to solve problems quickly and provide clear, concise explanations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Previous EdTech, teaching, or video class experience will add extra value.
