Job Summary
We are looking for a full-time Subject Matter Expert (SME) for brritto to join our team and support students in their academic journey. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the learning experience by providing clear, accurate, and comprehensive subject-related content. Your contributions will help students develop a deeper understanding of complex topics and succeed in their studies.

brritto is an online educational application designed to serve students from secondary and higher secondary levels to job aspirants. With over 250K+ users, the app aims to become the most trusted learning companion for every Bangladeshi student by transforming education through innovation, personalization, and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and design high-quality MCQs/CQs and solutions aligned with the latest syllabus and exam patterns.
- Review and resolve student doubts with clear, concise explanations to support learning.
- Conduct engaging live classes using smart boards to teach key subject related concepts and exam strategies.
- Ensure the content quality assurance process by reviewing, proofreading, and verifying the accuracy & clarity.
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure and enhance the quality of academic content.
- Analyze student performance and feedback to improve teaching methods and content
Requirements
- Proven experience in teaching, tutoring, or creating Physics/Math/ICT academic content.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physics/Math/ICT/Engineering or related field.
- Strong expertise in Physics/Math/ICT for SSC and HSC/Admission levels.
- Excellent communication skills to simplify subject related topics.
- Confident presentation and public speaking skills for engaging live sessions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and digital teaching tools like smart boards.
- Analytical mindset to identify student challenges and create effective learning solutions.
- Must possess the ability to create clear, concise explanations and answers, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
