Weโre looking for a hands-on video creator whoโs ready to turn ideas into content. This role is for someone early in their career who understands the basics of shooting & editing & wants to grow fast through real work. You should be comfortable picking up a camera, setting up a shot, & bringing it together in the edit. If you enjoy being on the ground, creating, experimenting, & improving with every project, this role is for you.
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
โPlan & execute video shoots, both indoor & outdoor
โShoot content using DSLR/mirrorless cameras as well as mobile devices when needed
โHandle basic lighting & sound setup to ensure quality production
โEdit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro with a clear sense of pacing & storytelling
โApply basic motion graphics & effects using After Effects
โPerform basic color correction & grading to enhance visual quality
โDesign engaging thumbnails for videos using Canva or Photoshop
โCollaborate with the content & brand team to bring ideas to life
โManage & organize raw footage, project files & exports
โStay ready for quick shoots & fast turnarounds when required
๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐:
โFresh graduates or candidates with 0โ1 year of experience
โBasic hands-on experience with video shooting & editing
โWorking knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
โUnderstanding of framing, composition & camera handling
โBasic knowledge of lighting, sound recording & color grading
โWillingness to shoot outdoor content, events, Facebook Live sessions, & school visits
โComfortable working in different locations, including occasional travel outside the city
โWillingness to learn, adapt, & grow in a fast-paced environment
โStrong attention to detail & a proactive mindset
๐ก๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ:
โExperience in shooting different formats (talking head, reels, interviews, etc.)
โAbility to work with minimal equipment & still produce quality content
โA creative eye for storytelling & visual composition
โ Interest in current video trends & content styles
